The purpose of this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Privacy Notice”) is to summarize the ways in which San Antonio Protection Services, LLC, (referred to as SAPS) our affiliates, and all of our brand names and branded services (collectively “SAPS”, “we”, “our”, “us”), collects, maintains, and uses the personal information of users of this website (“Site”), who contact our customer service representatives, fill out online order forms or information request sheets, download and use browser extensions or applications created by us, and provide information to our sales agents (“user”, “you”, “your”). We gather information about you when you interact with our services, including when you use our websites, contact our customer service representatives, fill out alarm service agreements, schedules of protection, or online order forms, download and use browser extensions or applications created by us, and provide your information to our sales agents (collectively, “Customer Information”). We also use cookies and pixel tags to track your usage of our services. We also use online order forms and information request sheets to obtain information from you that is necessary to process your orders and provide you with requested information. When you call the numbers on our websites and speak with our customer service representatives, we collect information provided during calls to ensure the best quality of service and the correct processing of your orders and requests.

SMS Terms and Conditions

SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third party and affiliate company for marketing purposes.

1 SMS For Consent Communication

The Phone Numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2 Types of SMS Communications If you have consented to receive text messages from SAPS, you may also receive text messages related to: scheduling, appointment reminders, billing inquiries.

For Example: Hello Thank you for contacting San Antonio Protection Services, how can we help you? Reply Stop to opt-out at any time. Message and data rates may apply, for assistance, text Help" or email support@saps.biz.

3 Message Frequency: Our SMS message frequency will be from 50 to 1000 text messages daily across all users.

4 Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier's pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5 Opt-In Method: Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from SAPS through intake forms on their website located at SanAntonioProtection.com, this agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6 Opt-out: Customer will be able to opt out of SMS messaging from SAPS by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can Opt back In at any time by replying START.
